First Visit
What to expect when you attend a Reformed service for the first time.
The Service
The service is simple in form but rich in content: no production, no screens. The congregation sings Psalms and Skrifberymings; the minister reads Scripture and preaches from it. A typical service runs about an hour, with preaching at the centre. Children are warmly welcome.
What We Believe
The GKSA stands on the Three Forms of Unity: the Belgic Confession (1561), the Heidelberg Catechism (1563) and the Canons of Dort (1619). Not the church's own words, but the teaching of Scripture summarised. Scripture alone is authoritative.
